Develop Your Team
Our goal at TGG is to keep things simple.
Below are typical components we implement to improve the alignment and productivity of any office or work team. Each of these components can be implemented with templates or our software.

Is Goal Alignment your problem?
Are you missing your goals year after year? Finding yourself unable to break status quo performance? Lacking in comprehensive strategy or stretch goals? Poor goal alignment can lead to losing significant market share and not enough allocated resources. With Lean Office you'll get an X-Matrix tool to help track alignment and progress to your goals.
Is Daily Management your problem?
Are your metrics overloaded or needing better definitions? Are they absent until a problem occurs? Are you even measuring the right things? When you have poor daily management “green” metrics do not address root cause problems and metrics may be at an improper management level. Lean Office can help you maintain daily management through a tool that keeps your team on track every week, every month.
Is Standardized Work my problem?
Do you have little written or out of date work instructions? Do you know which projects are stalled? Can you ensure your team is aligned and the workload is evenly distributed? When you lack standardize work it can take years to train new employees, important tasks may get dropped, and task completion cannot be measured. By defining and standardizing tasks in our database, you can assign them to team members and easily track progress.
Is Leader Standard Work (LSW) your problem?
Is most of your time spent firefighting? Are safety, skills training, and employee recognition getting lost? Can you clone how your best manager manages? When you do not have LSW it is nearly impossible to measure work-team alignment to goals and employees never know when they have a “win” for the day or week. LSW allows you to predict results by assigning and inspecting work, recording measures, and enforcing standards. It is a daily checklist that explicitly states expectations.
Is Data Analysis my problem?
Are you overloaded with email? Does your time management never improve? Do you even know where your time is being spent? Without data analysis you have no data on week to week time spent towards categorical goals and it’s difficult to know when to hire more employees. Analyzing email and calendar data provides you with the needed information to know where to make strategic adjustments to better align your goals.
